I am rightly writing here the exact article 38 of our Indian Constitution and please read it carefully.
38. State to secure a social order for the promotion of welfare of the people.—
(1) The State shall strive to promote the welfare of the people by securing and
protecting as effectively as it may a social order in which justice, social,
economic and political, shall inform all the institutions of the national life.
(2) The State shall, in particular, strive to minimise the inequalities in income, and
endeavor to eliminate inequalities in status, facilities and opportunities, not
only amongst individuals but also amongst groups of people residing in
different areas or engaged in different vocations.
My analysis.
1- As per above the intention of constitution is very clear that is there should be no inequalities in income it means not only in equalities between public and public, the intention is also to remove in equalities between government and public because this is democracy.
2- It is also clear that the intention of constitution is very clear that is there should be no inequalities in status, facilities and opportunities it means not only inequalities between public and public, the intention is also to remove inequalities between government and public because this is democracy and also give chance each one to up the voice, to up the wealth and to up the status.
3- Government intention should be as per article 38 to act effectively so that public welfare will be 1st priority and balance of social, political and economical can be established.
4- Government action should be in direction of social order.
Conclusion
But it seems that now a days government is doing business with public. In a public life people thinks ten times if any one want to share of profit in his business even 1% while government is sharing 64% of profit without any contribution and also harassing the public by making unnecessary strict law. By this government is not working in a social order he is making various laws, and most of these are not very practical in Indian social condition and public automatically become culprit of violation of tax law while intentionally they are not doing any violation.
Unnecessary government is making TDS and other law and established that the tax should be reach to him first irrespective of fact that the vendor on which payment tds is not deducted are getting the payment are not. Government is behaving like a hardcore recovery agent and torturing the people to send show cause notice of prosecution.
I am attaching herewith a calculation that is showing how government is doing business with public and forcely has become the partner.
Please review and up the voices against strict law before this budget as concept of Indian constitution is welfare.
